Can I get an estimate over the phone or via email?

No.  We don’t provide “estimates.”  Instead, we provide you with a firm quote that eliminates any hidden fees or surprises later on.

We use a state-of-the-art EPIC system that allows us to accurately quote your project based on measurements and materials needed.

Next, we meet you in person to learn more about your project.  We take accurate measurements of your space.  

Then we give you a detailed proposal.  This way, you can easily understand the cost and types of materials used.  You can effortlessly compare our quote with another.  It’s that easy! 

 

Is it necessary to check references?

Absolutely!  You shouldn’t trust contractors who don’t give you MULTIPLE references from past customers.  Ask for at least 10. 

If you like, we welcome you to visit one of our previous projects.  

If a painting company can’t provide that many or is unwilling, be wary of hiring them. 

 

Will you provide a discount for multiple rooms and areas?

Of course!  You receive a discount if you hire us to paint multiple rooms and areas at the same time.
If you have multiple properties, we can apply additional discounts.

How long does it take to get a quote?

After our consultation, we either:

  • Give you a quote, generated by our revolutionary EPIC system

OR

  • Give you a quote within 24 hours if we need a little more time.

Do I need to be home when you are working?

No.  Just make yourself available, by phone or by email, so that we can regularly update you with our progress and answer any questions you may have.  

 

How long does it take?

Each painting job is different, which is why we don’t guess how long it will take.  We give you an official start and finish date. 

For exterior projects, we can’t control the weather, but we work every day until we’re finished.  If the weather delays our work, we’ll let you know and make arrangements to get the job done as quickly as possible.

When you start a job, do you stay until it is complete?

Absolutely.  We finish your project on time, when promised.  Weather permitting, we may need to wait, but we realize the impact of such a project, so we try to minimize that by working quickly and efficiently. 

 

What about bathrooms?

As a courtesy for our painters, we ask that you designate a bathroom for us.  We will respect your privacy and your property in using the bathroom.    

 

Will you clean up after the job is complete?

Always.  Please designate an exterior hose faucet for us to clean up.  We also sweep and vacuum the floors and assist with putting the furniture back.
